Description
Your experience will start directly at your hotel, where you will climb aboard a private air-conditioned vehicle with a professional driver.
You will visit a historic wine cellar to discover the aromas of the barrel room and the quiet of the cellars. Enjoy different vintages of local Chianti Classico wines.
After, you will be welcomed to a family-run winery to visit the cellar, have a wine tasting, and enjoy a full lunch accompanied by locally produced wines for those who wish to discover the pleasure of local cuisine. Dishes are prepared only with high-quality products that tell the story of the flavors and aromas of Tuscan tradition. Homemade pasta, Chianina ragù, seasonal vegetables, genuine sheep’s milk cheeses, homemade desserts and many other organic products. Also, in summer, you can eat on the panoramic terrace overlooking a spectacular Tuscan landscape.
In the end of the tour, you will visit a third winery, a biological one. You will visit the cellars and enjoy a guided tasting of three local wines with tastings of olive oil with bread and Cinta Senese Dop cured meats.

Pick-up is available from Bologna, Modena, Florence and Ravenna (including Porto Corsini cruise terminal), please select the correct pickup option. Please specify your requested pickup point (name and complete address). For other destinations, please ask separately.
When select SELF DRIVE OPTION, you have to travel with your OWN car. NO TRANSFER is included. It means that you will have to leave your place using your own means of transport, reach all the places on your own, return to your hotel/bnb/etc. on your own. It is NOT possible to take the tour using public transportation.

Itinerary
- Pick up from your place in Bologna, Modena, Florence, and Ravenna. Please note, that pickup time will depend on the meeting point. For the Self-Guided option, the meeting point will be directly in the first winery (address: 50022 FI Greve in Chianti, IT)
- Chianti Classico Wine Cellar: you will start your day in the hills of Greve in Chianti to explore the Chianti Classico wine area. You will visit a wine producer to discover the aromas of the barrel room and the quiet of the historic wine cellar. After, you will proceed with a guided tasting of local Chianti Classico wines. Please note that the cellar is located in the countryside, no public means are available.
- Lunch: you will have a guided visit of a historic cellar in a medieval castle and then lunch in a picturesque estate situated among the gentle hills of the Chianti Classico wine area.
- Chianti Classico Wine Cellar: you will be able to enjoy the second vineyard and explore its historic and experimental vineyards, the vinification and historic cellars and the Vinsantaia.
