During this full-day experience, discover the secrets of four of the most famous Italian products in the world.
You will have a guided visit to a cheese factory and learn how aged Parmigiano Reggiano cheese is produced. Tasting at the end.
After, we proceed to prosciutto factory. The tour begins with a brief history of production, followed by a visit to the ‘cold zone’, where fresh meat is processed, learn how the best meat is chosen, and see the salting machinery and chilling/resting rooms. Tasting at the end.
You will visit “Acetaia” and discover the production of the famous “black gold”, the precious traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena, with tasting at the end.
Being in the area, your experience wouldn’t be complete without visiting Ferrari Museum in Maranello, so to see the most famous supercar brand of all time, Ferrari, and to learn something new about its history during your free visit to the museum.

- Pick up from Bologna
- Dairy Farm: our signature experience begins at a renowned cheese factory, where you’ll witness the magic behind crafting the legendary Parmigiano Reggiano. Witness the artisanal process, from milk to marvelous wheel, and soak in the captivating sights, sounds, and aromas. Tasting at the end.
- Prosciutto Tour: guided visit to a producer of Prosciutto Ham, including all the stages of the production process, followed by a tasting of Prosciutto and other locally made cured meats with bread, wine and water.
- Balsamic Vinegar & Lunch: behind the scenes, revealing the intricate production process, culminating in a tasting of this precious elixir. Elevate your senses with a unique exploration of flavor and tradition. Balsamic vinegar tasting and lunch at the end.
- Ferrari Museum Visit: being in the area, your experience wouldn’t be complete without visiting Ferrari Museum in Maranello, so to see the most famous supercar brand of all time, Ferrari, and to learn something new about its history during your free visit to the museum.

- The pickup will be from your hotel or the nearest point, when it is not possible to reach the place you stay in by car. The exact pickup time will be communicated after the tour confirmation.
- All the visits and tastings will be held by the local hosts, no private guide is included.

- Please note that if you arrive by train, please contact us before booking your train, as we could advise on the best suitable arrival time. It could take 15 to 20 minutes to exit the underground train station where most of the high speed trains arrive. It means that you should arrive in Bologna no later than 07:30 am for the pickup at 08:50 am (tour starting time – 08:00 am).
Please be on time for your scheduled pickup, as we are unable to accommodate late arrivals. No refunds will be possible in such instances.

The visits will be held in the countryside farms, make sure you have appropriate clothing and footwear.
